Monadnock Community Hospital's birthing center has been ranked one of
the top ten in America by Child magazine.
The patient's
entire stay can occur in one LDRP room (labor, delivery, recovery and
postpartum room). The staff has the expertise and versatility to customize
your delivery plans. Water birthing is also available. Prenatal and sibling
classes are also offered. These classes encourage the entire family to be involved.
Once delivery has occurred, rooming-in with the newborn is encouraged,
as well as the option of the new dad staying overnight. There is a lounge
available on the obstetrical floor so the family can relax.

OBGYN has partnered with Lucy Doherty, Liscensed Social Worker to
provide counseling for females with anxiety and depression. If
