Monday through Thursday - 8 am to 5 pm, with lunch 12:00 to 1:00
Friday - 8:00 to 3:00, with lunch from 12:00 to 1:00
We
also offer appointments in our satellite offices in Keene and Jaffrey.
Please note we are only in these locations on a limited schedule (Keene
on Tuesday, Jaffrey every other Wednesday as our Peterborough schedule
allows) and not all appointment types can take place in these
locations. To make appointments please call our main office at
603-924-9444. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your
appointment time to complete the check in process. Please provide the
most recent copy of your insurance card and your co-pay if you have
one. If you must cancel a scheduled appointment,
please contact the office as soon as possible at 603-924-9444,
preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We have the option of rescheduling your appointment if:
- Copayment or self pay balances are not paid at the time of service.
- Insurance information is not provided with a copy of a current insurance card
- You are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
