Fees and Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Fees for obstetrical care or gynecological surgery should be discussed with the billing office to arrange payment schedules. If you have insurance we will gladly process your forms, but we request that you pay your estimated portion when services are rendered. This includes deductibles and co-insurance.

If you do not have insurance we can offer a 20% discount if paid in full at your appointment.   Payment arrangements are also available.

Our office accepts most major credit/debit cards.

Please note we are not covered by the Monadnock Community Hospital Financial Grant Program.
